Book Your Senior Portraits Now – While the Wildflowers Are Poppin’!
Hey, Class of 2026! 🌼
If senior year is sneaking up on you, consider this your friendly nudge—it’s time to book your senior portraits! Summer in Montana means golden light, wide-open skies, and yes… wildflowers galore. These short-lived bursts of beauty make for seriously dreamy backdrops, but they don’t stick around forever.
Want photos that actually feel like you? Let’s plan something rad—whether you’re into mountain meadows full of color, urban-style brick backdrops, or something a little more bold and styled in- studio.
Three Savvy Tips for the Best Senior Portrait Lighting:
1. Golden Hour is Your Glow-Up
The first hour after sunrise and the last hour before sunset? Magic. That soft, golden light flatters every skin tone and makes everything look warm and glowy—not harsh or overexposed.
2. No Squinty Eyes or Harsh Shadows
Midday sun is intense and can be a little… unforgiving. Shooting earlier or later avoids those awkward shadows under your eyes and nose—and you won’t be squinting the whole time. Trust me, your future self will thank you.
3. The Vibe Just Hits Different
Sunrise shoots have a calm, quiet energy—like the world is just waking up with you. Evening shoots, on the other hand, feel rich, moody, and cinematic. Want that “just stepped out of a movie” look? End-of-day light is your BFF.
Not into wildflowers?
No worries. I’m a photographer who runs a sustainable photography business whether that is me currently in my own Studio- being able to offer Studio sessions or rent peer Studio space here in Missoula valley.
Studio is always an option. We’ve got stylized setups and a variety of backdrops—brick, blue, black, green, and red—plus space to get a little more artistic if you’re into that editorial vibe.
Whether you’re a wildflower wanderer, a city-edge creative, or a studio-style senior, I’m here to capture the essence of YOU.
Book now to grab a spot while wildflowers are blooming and summer light is still golden!
